Probably the worst thing about living here thus far has been all of the moving I have done. I admit it, it is allll my fault, ohhh well, it is what it is.
Here are all of the places I have managed to move into in order.
1. Guest house - when I was teaching English
This place was nice. I had my own, large room with a private bathroom. We had a lady there all day, and leave at night. She would clean and cook for us. She was so lovely, but never fed us enough, I always was starving and spending my hard earned cash on more food! haha
2. I moved into Guest house #2 after complaining to my boss about the place I was at. The once so nice place turned totally scary when a way too friendly male figure moved in. Guest house 2 was great, I was with my friends and had really good meals in the beginning (in the beginning). It was the same situation, as previous. I had my own room and private bathroom. We had a lady cook and clean for us every day. I stayed here for 2 months, then I quit my job, therefore, had to move...
3. Host mom, house #3. I moved here temporary while I looked for a new place to live. I went back to see my parents and decided that I was in need of a change - A new place to sleep. I knew of this wonderful lady that I could rent a bedroom in her other place weekly. I ended up staying a month and I really enjoyed it. Although it was really pricey, I got free meals and laundry. I had my own room, tiny and no private bathroom. I used my friends' places a lot to shower bc I had no pressure and no hot water. I think this place made me stronger. ha
4. After living there for a month it was time to have my own space again with friends. We found a house and I lived with two friends. This place was the best!!! I had my own room, that was huge. And although I shared a bathroom (with a girl) we had steaming hot water and the best pressure one could find. Another good thing was we had different schedules, they worked nights and I worked mornings, so we never saw each other and got on each others nerves. I was back to cooking, or more like the start of cooking! We lived here about 5 months, then EVERYONE LEFT....
5. Place number 5. I am here. It is small and wonderful and I love it. I have internet, hot water, my own bathroom and place. I finally feel like I can make this home.
Fingers crossed I won't be moving for a little while.
Moving is such a drag.
